The 2026 CISO Masterclass: Executive Leadership & Strategic Risk Management
This is a 1-Day intensive class targetted at Security Managers, Aspiring CISOs, and Technical Leads looking to move into the C-Suite. As Dr. Eric Cole, founder of Secure Anchor and a veteran of the industry has said many times “I’ve seen thousands of professionals struggle with the same problem: They are technical experts who can’t speak the language of the business.”
In 2026, the “excitement” in the industry isn’t just about the technology; it’s about the crisis of leadership. While everyone is talking about Agentic AI and Zero Trust, the people actually getting hired (and staying hired) are those who can explain to a Board of Directors how these tools reduce business risk and enable revenue. This course draws from 4 Key components:
The Mindset Shift: Most security professionals focus on “how to stop the hack.” I teach you “how to manage the risk.” We move from being the “Department of No” to the “Department of Business Enablers.”
The Three Slides Every CISO Needs: I provide the exact templates I’ve used with Fortune 500 CEOs. If you can’t explain your security posture in three slides to a non-technical executive, you’ve already lost.
AI as a Business Lever, Not Just a Threat: We’ll dive into how to build a governance framework for AI. This is the #1 question boards are asking in 2026: “How do we use AI safely to stay competitive?”
Becoming a vCISO (The Entrepreneurial Edge): A huge draw in the current market is the “Virtual CISO” model. I’ll show you how to take your expertise and build a high-six-figure consulting practice, whether as a side hustle or a full-time business.

Red Lens I: Foundation Physical Security Training
Most site assessments are conducted with a clipboard and a list of controls. NavPoint Alpha’s site assessments are designed by people who spent years bypassing those same controls. Our Red Lens program is a two-day, hands-on training that teaches security professionals how to evaluate the physical security posture of a facility using a structured methodology built by experienced breach practitioners and a purpose-built platform to execute it.
Day 1 builds the assessment framework: nine control categories, maturity scoring, and the attacker’s intuition that separates a checklist walker from someone who sees what’s actually exploitable. Students are introduced to the NavPoint platform and use it throughout the day to score controls, document observations, and conduct remote reconnaissance of the hypothetical target facilities.
Day 2 puts it all to the test: teams deploy to a facility they’ve never set foot in, execute a live assessment using the NavPoint platform to capture findings in real time and produce a professional report and presentation. Students will leave with a methodology, a credential, hands-on experience with a platform built for this exact work, and the ability to look at facility security through a whole new, redder lens.

Certified Cybersecurity Resiliency Practitioner (CCRP Certification)
As cyber threats, cloud dependency, and digital supply-chain risk continue to escalate, organizations must move beyond traditional cybersecurity and business continuity programs toward cyber resilience—the ability to anticipate, withstand, recover from, and adapt to adverse cyber events while continuing to deliver critical business outcomes.
The Certified Cyber Resilience Practitioner (CCRP) course equips professionals with a practical, management-system-driven approach to integrating cybersecurity, operational resilience, and enterprise risk management. Grounded in globally recognized frameworks and standards—including ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301, ISO 31000, NIST CSF, and CSA STAR—the course emphasizes governance, secure operations, incident readiness, recovery, and continuous improvement across people, process, and technology.
In this 2-Day class participants will learn how to design, implement, and assess cyber resilience capabilities aligned to business objectives; evaluate cyber risks across internal operations and third-party ecosystems; and operationalize resilience through measurable controls, decision-making structures, and leadership accountability. The course bridges the gap between cybersecurity teams, risk leaders, and business stakeholders, enabling organizations to move from reactive security controls to adaptive, outcome-focused cyber resilience.
